What counts as a shipment?

Each new tracking number counts once, however it arrives: synced from your store, imported or added by hand. Checking or retracking a shipment never counts again.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Create an account and your first 50 shipments are tracked free. You choose a paid plan only when you want to keep going.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your account, or by writing to us. A downgrade starts with your next billing cycle. Payments already made are not refunded.
