TrackFree runs in your Shopify admin and puts a tracking page on your store’s own address.
Three steps to start.
- Install TrackFree from the Shopify App Store and approve the access it asks for.
- Fulfil an order with a tracking number. It appears in TrackFree by itself.
- Add /apps/trackfree to your store’s navigation.

- The tracking page lives on your store, at /apps/trackfree
- A shipment appears when an order is fulfilled with a tracking number
- Shopify’s own tracking links can point to your tracking page instead of the courier’s site
- Re-sync today, the last 7 days or the last 30 days
- A discount code in the delivered email, created in your store
- On a first connection, the tracking page picks up your theme’s colours
